The Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) is currently accepting proposals for mediation and parenting coordination workshops for its upcoming 32nd conference, Strategies and Solutions, which will be held online on August 1, 2025. Those interested in presenting a workshop at the conference should visit the Call for Proposals page and submit their workshop ideas by March 7, 2025.

On February 4, members of the House Civil Justice & Claims Subcommittee visited the Florida Supreme Court and learned more about the workings of the judicial branch.

After unexpected court closures, like those from Florida's recent snow and ice storm, the Chief Justice issues administrative orders to retroactively extend legal deadlines in the affected courts. New administrative orders are now posted on the Florida Supreme Court website.

Chief Justice Carlos G. Muñiz has utilized recent speaking engagements to talk about the Court’s ongoing efforts to improve and expedite the resolution of civil cases.
